DCM Landscaping LLC & Total Lawn Care has been a family-owned and operated landscaping company serving Nekoosa, Rome, and the surrounding Central Wisconsin communities since 1991.

Our Team

Dan Irwin | Owner & Founder

Dan Irwin is the owner and founder of DCM Landscaping. He has over 40 years of experience operating equipment and working in excavation and landscaping. In the early 1970s, Dan and his father owned an excavating business, which helped build his expertise in grading, driveway installation, and lawn preparation.

Dan is Firewise certified through the Wisconsin DNR and specializes in riprap seawalls and shoreline improvements that help stabilize and protect waterfront properties.

Cheryl Irwin | Office Manager & Co-Owner

Cheryl Irwin serves as office manager and part owner of DCM Landscaping. Before joining DCM, she worked for four years at Arrowhead Golf Course performing lawn maintenance, seeding, and plant care.

Cheryl began working on the landscaping crew before moving into the office, giving her valuable hands-on experience that helps her answer customer questions and provide fair and competitive estimates.

Mike Irwin | Lead Landscape Designer

Mike Irwin is the head designer at DCM Landscaping and has been creating landscape designs for more than 15 years. His projects range from complex water features to simple and elegant mulch beds.

Mike trained for five years with a landscape architect and has also completed specialized training through Reinders for low-voltage landscape lighting and water features. He is Firewise certified through the Wisconsin DNR.

Mike regularly works on job sites alongside the crew, allowing him to answer customer questions and ensure each design is implemented properly. He is also knowledgeable about low-maintenance and animal-resistant plants.

Amanda Irwin | Office & Scheduling Coordinator

Amanda Irwin joined DCM Landscaping in 2006. Before that, she worked for five years on the grounds crew at Brynwood Country Club in Milwaukee.

Today Amanda helps manage office operations, including scheduling mowing and fertilization services. She has also completed training through Reinders for low-voltage lighting and water features and has spent many hours working alongside the landscaping crew, giving her the experience needed to answer customer questions about projects and services.
